I have spent over 35 years working in the airline industry, combining senior airline management experience with specialist knowledge of Passenger Service Systems, airline distribution and technology implementation.
My background includes airline management, PSS consultancy, vendor evaluation, system migrations and working directly with technology providers.
Since 2016, I have worked independently in airline technology consultancy, helping airlines and suppliers navigate complex system and commercial decisions.
Today, my focus is particularly on smaller, regional and start-up airlines that need experienced, independent guidance without the cost or complexity of engaging a large consultancy.
I take a practical approach, working closely with airline management teams to understand their requirements, evaluate realistic options and help them make informed decisions.
